Every Events with Arielle celebration is customized. Rather than selecting from a predetermined party package, you’ll share your overall event budget, priorities, and vision with us. We’ll develop a personalized plan for how that investment can be thoughtfully used to create a beautiful, seamless, and memorable experience for you and your guests.

You set the budget. We take care of the details.

How Your Investment Works

Your total event investment is made up of three parts:

1. Professional Fee

This is the fee for Events with Arielle to plan, design, and manage your celebration.

Your professional fee covers the expertise and time that goes into bringing your event together, including:

• Event planning
• Creative direction and overall event design
• Budget planning and allocation
• Vendor sourcing and recommendations
• Vendor communication and management
• Event logistics
• Timeline and event flow development
• Guest experience planning
• Event-day coordination and oversight

Our professional fee is separate from the cost of the items and services purchased for your event.

2. Event Investment

This is the portion of your budget used to bring the event itself to life.

Depending on your celebration, your event investment may include:

• Venue
• Catering and beverages
• Décor
• Florals
• Balloons and installations
• Furniture, linens, and specialty rentals
• Entertainment
• Photography and videography
• Cake and desserts
• Invitations and stationery
• Signage
• Favors
• Children’s activities and experiences
• Custom-designed elements
• Other approved event purchases

We’ll help determine how your available budget can be allocated across these areas based on your priorities and the experience we’re creating.

All event expenses are the financial responsibility of the client and are approved prior to purchase or booking.

3. Production & Labor

Beautiful events require a team behind the scenes.

Production and labor are quoted separately based on the size and complexity of your celebration and may include:

• Setup and installation crew
• Event assistants
• On-site production support
• Breakdown crew
• Loading and unloading
• Transportation and delivery coordination
• Additional staffing required for 

specialty experiences

*Once your event design and production needs are established, you’ll receive a clear estimate for the team required to execute your celebration.
